  • KDA_4_60111A - --There was several dough pan covers, pizza pans, and proofing covers, stored as clean on a shelf in the kitchen that had dried food debris on them from a previous use. COS Items were placed in the dish room for cleaning. There was a commercial can opener stored as clean that had dried food debris on the blade from a previous use. COS item was placed in the dish room for cleaning.
  • KDA_4_60111C - --There is dried food debris buildup on the MT shelf located in the bottom portion. There is dried grease buildup on the hood filters located above the deep fryer. There is dried dust build up on the fan covers located in the WIC and WIF.
  • KDA_5_20515B - --There is a leak coming from the faucet when the water is turned on located at the three vat sink.
  • KDA_6_20211A - --There are two light bulbs under the buffet table that are not shielded.
  • KDA_6_50111 - --There are several floor tiles that a chipped and broken located in the kitchen area.
  • KDA_7_20111A - --There was a working spray bottle of glass cleaner that was stored directly next to several boxes of single serve food gloves located on a rack in the back kitchen area. COS Chemical was removed.
