- KDA_6_20214 - --The unisex restroom door is not self closing. Person in charge says its a safety issue, since they are open 24 hours.
- KDA_6_50111 - --In the walk in cooler, there is some floor tile that is missing. One ceiling tile is missing in south east corner above the reach in cooler. One stained ceiling tile in the south west corner above the fountain pop area. There is missing baseboard in the corner by the door to the walk in cooler, there is a build up of debris from the missing baseboard in that corner. The toilet tank is missing off the toilet.
