The sides of the reach in Delfield has an accumulation of grease. In the McCall freeze, there is water sitting on the floor. In the Delfield reach in, there is water sitting on the floor.
  • KDA_4_60211E4 - --On the ice machine by the three compartment sink, there is black mold on the inside walls and metal ledges. On the exterior of the ice machine located by the pop storage area, the lid and all metal parts there is black mold growth.

  • KDA_3_30212 - --Located at the back of the kitchen, there was a rack with three unlabeled tubs of white powder which an employee identified as onion ring batter, onion ring breader, and onion ring crumbs.
  • KDA_4_60111A - --There is an accumulation of mold on the seals of the reach in cooler (RIC) under the kitchen make table (MT). Located above the three vat sink, there were three plastic food containers, one plastic food container lid, one metal food container lid, one pair of tongs, and one ladle that were soiled with dried food debris. Corrected on site (COS)- moved to wash area.
  • KDA_4_60111C - --There is an accumulation of shake mix debris on the bottom shelf inside the RIC of the shake machine. There is mold in the tray under the soda nozzles at the soda fountain next to the drive thru window. There is an accumulation of food debris on the bottom shelf of the RIC under the MT. There is an accumulation of grease on the outside of the fryers. There is an accumulation of grease on the inside of the fryer units. There is an accumulation of grease on the kitchen grill. There is an accumulation of grease of the side of the Delfield RIC next to the fryer. There is water pooling and food debris at the bottom shelf of the Delfied RIC. The fan guards of the WIC have an accumulation of dust. There is food and debris on the floor of the WIC. There is food and debris on the floor of the walk in freezer (WIF). There is food debris on the bottom shelf of the Delfield reach in freezer (RIF).
  • KDA_4_60211E4 - --There is mold under the soda nozzles at the soda fountain at the front of the store and at the soda fountain next to the drive thru window. There is mold on the inside rim of the ice machine near the three vat sink. There is mold on the inside rim and ceiling of the ice machine near the soda station.
