KDA_3_30211A1b - --Located in the Beverage Air reach in cooler (RIC), there was a carton of eggs stored in contact with a gallon of milk and a bottle of PowerAde. Corrected on site (COS)- separated. KDA_3_50116A2 - --Located in the Turbo Air RIC, there was a chicken pepperoni salami sandwich and a ham turkey cheese sandwich that were at 45F and 46F respectively. Person in charge (PIC) indicated that they had been thawed and placed in the RIC two days ago. COS- discarded. KDA_4_204112B - --There was no thermometer available in the Snapple RIC. KDA_4_30111 - --The Turbo Air RIC had an ambient air temperature of 43.3F. COS- all potentially hazardous foods were moved. KDA_4_30212B - --There was no temperature measuring device during the inspection to measure food temperatures. KDA_4_60211E4 - --There is mold under the soda nozzles and on the ice chute of the soda fountain in the retail area. KDA_6_20214 - --Restroom does not have a self closing door. KDA_Defacto - --7 packages of raw chicken and 3 packages of raw goat meat embargoed. Number 0001 KDA94/60 Located in a the brown reach in freezer. --Beverage Air RIC milk 41.3F Snapple RIC yogurt 40.9F --PIC indicated that they have not received their license in the mail yet. He said that he has called the office to have them send one. KDA_KSA65_657b - --Located in the retail area, there was a box of Motrin Pm with an expiration date of 2/15, 15 single dose packages of Alka Seltzer with an expiration date of 2/15, 14 single dose packages of Advil PM with an expiration date of 3/15, and 11 single dose packages of Motrin with an expiration date of 3/15.
