Located on a shelf above the ice cream cooler, there were two unlabeled containers of white powder and an unlabeled container of orange powder which the PIC identified as sugar, powdered sugar, and seasoned salt. COS- labeled.

Located on the dish rack at the front of the main kitchen, there was one plastic food container lid that was cracked. COS- discarded.
