I was told this airport was "grandfathered in" by the airport management. This private airport was built before all the many subdivisions of people's home's were built around them. They fly many many days constantly circling around and around our homes in this area, including mine which is on the hill on Bella Vista, Veradale, WA. Since the purpose of airplanes, is like cars for transportation, I believe they must be taking students out to fly, hence the repetitive circling around and around our neighborhood. They fly especially low over our neighborhood since we are on a hill, and they do not increase their altitude much to fly over our higher topography. In fact they also use our area to use as an approach to land back at their airport. I have called the owner to complain several times without any change in their behavior. In fact his only comment was to invite me to one of their air shows. Since the owner also runs a counseling service, I believe they are distracted with their other business, and are not willing to address the noise pollution they are creating. Perhaps it is time to have them close this facility, since it was built way before the many people who live here now. Gail Naughton
