KDA_4_50112 - --Cutting board on the prep table with scratches and scouring in the food contact surface. KDA_4_60211E4 - --Small amount of mold build up in the ice machine on the dispensing bar. COS cleaned KDA_4_90311B - --Hand utensils stored with the handles in the down position exposing the food contact surface to contamination. COS placed utensils in a drawer KDA_6_20215D - --Back door to business propped open for ventilation. Back door does not have any screen or air curtain. COS closed door KDA_6_30311A - --No light in the WIF. COS replaced light bulb. KDA_7_20111A - --Grill cleaner as stated on the bottle, stored next to food grade spray oil, as stated on the bottle, in the prep area. COS moved chemicals to a safe location.
