  • KDA_4_70311B - --Sanitizing at the auto wash hot dish machine was reading 147 at wash and rinse digital readout was not going over 91 with inspector recorded max/min device showing 148.2 Correction was started by dipping plates in chorine water and calling janitor staff. They indicated a breaker was thrown off at the boiler. However even with that correction it was observed that the boaster heater for the machine itself was not turned on. After this was initiated, a short time later the final rinse gauge was showing >180 and the inspector max/min recorded 168.1
