Located in the heart of Palm Springs, the Spa Resort Casino opened in 2003 with 228 rooms, including 206 standard guest rooms and 22 suites. Among the large units are 17 junior suites, four one-bedroom suites, and the 2,000-square-foot Penthouse. All accommodations come with a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, and mini refrigerator. Many of the rooms have balconies, featuring an outdoor sitting area.

Numerous amenities can be found on the premises, such as a swimming pool complex with a large pool and two smaller pools filled with local mineral waters. The on-site Spa offers a variety of therapies combines steam, sauna, and eucalyptus inhalation along with the healing mineral waters. The adjacent Well Spirit Fitness Center, which is equipped with free weights and cardio training machines, provides classes in yoga, Pilates, salsa dancing, and aqua fitness as well as basic workout programs.

The Spa Resort Casino's gaming floor covers 30,000 square feet. It has numerous table games, such as Blackjack, Craps, and Baccarat, as well as Class III slot machines. There are also six restaurants available for dining, ranging from the Steakhouse and the Agua Bar & Grill to the Oasis Buffet, Sundance Tequila Bar, Noodle Bar, and Corner Deli.
