Observation: Adjust hot water in restroom at hand washing sinks to at least 100 degrees.

Observation: Obtain a copy of the variance for the f'real ice cream blender as required by the State of Iowa variance approval conditions. Keep copy at store level. Also notify Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals of new store variance location.
