Observation: The interworkings of the ice machine was heavily soiled. The cappuccino were soiled.

Observation: The countertop near the pop machine was soiled. The shelving in the walk-in cooler was soiled.

Observation: The perimeter of the front door was not insect/rodent tight.

Observation: The ambient temperature in the walk-in cooler was 42.4 degrees
- Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
Observation: There was not a thermometer placed near the milk products at the walk-in cooler display door.

Observation: The floors around, underneath and behind equipment and counters were soiled. The wall near the pop machine was soiled. The walls, ceiling and floor in the walk-in cooler were soiled.
