Handwashing signage Observation: All sinks did not have hand wash signs placed by them. I provided hand wash signs for all their hand wash sinks.
Sanitizers Observation: The sanitizer was 0 ppm. The units were remixed and tested 200 ppm prior to me leaving.
Food employees hair is effectively restrained Observation: Cooks were not wearing hair restraints.
