    To whom it may concern,
I am looking to get information about a United States Army Air Force P-47c Thunderbolt That was piloted by Mudge, Dick Jr. That crashed into the Long Island Sound while trying to land at your airport on the 3rd day of November 1942. I don't know if This would be on file at the airport still. If you have any information or if you can forward me to anyone it would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance Frederick s. VanPelt
