    --No paper towels were available in the holders at the handwashing sink in the food prep area or in the restrooms. PROVIDE PAPER TOWELS IN THE AVAILABLE HOLDERS TODAY OR INSTALL NEW HOLDERS TO MATCH DIFFERENT STYLE OF TOWELS.

    --Two light fixtures in the rear food prep/store room were found with at least one light bulb burned-out in them. REPLACE THE BURNED-OUT BULBS WITHIN TWO (2) WEEKS.
