    --Food facility does not have available sanitizer test strips (quaternary) to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration for the liquid "Prime Source Sani-Rinse" being utilized in the 3-bowl sink. PREVIOUSLY CITED. It was also stated that bleach water is also being used ---so attain chlorine test strips too. Both strips were ordered via phone during the inspection.

    --Observed old food residue present on back slicer in the retail room. Cleaned and sanitized during the inspection.

Werry's is a great affordable place to get meat. My husband and I have been getting our meat there for a while now. The hamburger is so fresh and lean. The steaks are incredible. And the ham loaf is to die for. Fast and easy service every time you go in. It is always so clean and well kept. And the prices are great!
