How hard to get a job in good school district

I would really appreciate if you could explain what you mean by Gallup Survey?
Did you apply to every school even the ones who didnt have specific openings?
I am very interested in hearing about your experience.
It is very scary to hear that there are thousands of unemployed teachers in Dallas area...
