My friend and I are planning to move to NYC in Sept 2009. We currently live in south NJ (outside of Philadelphia). We are white females in our late 20's. She is a social worker and I'm an interpreter for the deaf. We are looking to spend about 1600 to 1800 a month but have no idea where to start looking for an apartment.
