The snow is coming!! In about a half hour, the snow will be here in Eastern Ohio, and its a good thing that its had most of the USA to run its course through, so I hope it doesnt drop a foot of snow on us, like it has through out the top half of the USA, sheesh!

Ground is wet, as it rained earlier on today, (I didnt get up til noon, as I try to postpone getting up and having to deal with my back).

Kids are all in their room, and my Daughter is 'recovered' from...

My Daughter is celebrating her 18th Birthday today! (Yea, its early by quite a few days, but, since the local news says the National Weather whatchamacallit is calling for a Winter Storm advisory tomorrow and its going to snow for the beejeebers for the next two days, so its best to get it in while we can!!).

Shame, but today is a beautiful day outside...
Wife is putting out decorations on the porch, (garland and lights) for Christmas (and to dress up a rather drab looking porch...

Yesterday, my Wife told me that it was time for me to get back to the gym! So, I took my pain meds and I busted my butt, working out...
Sure wish I could get my Wife from whinning that I am 'working too hard', cause, if I dont work out hard enough, Im not going to get the weight off!!! Course, I will say that I even think I over did it a bit myself, but, wont tell her that LOL.

I came back home and my 'heart' was tired!! Since none of you have heart conditions (thank the LORD...

Well, a few days ago, I got the 'gumption' (for those who dont know that word, as your Grandpa!!), to git up and Git 'R' Done with the exercise routine.
I didnt figure this was going to be pleasant, because my Wife was 'hurrying me' to get up there and 'do' something, befoe my pain meds even kicked in!! Woman wont listen to me most of the time, and why should this one be any different? I gotta wait, til I start feeling the 'buzz' a bit in my head, so that I know the pills are over coming...

WOW, its been 10 days since I last exercised...sheesh!
Wife called for me to get up this morning, but, since I went to bed at 3am, I decided to get a few more zzz's....

I got up and I still have a pain in my posterior, (where I came down on the steel foot rests on the machine I was vacating, with my tail bone, so its gonna take months for me to mend), and if it wasnt for pain meds, I would be hurting more They keep the pain to a minimum, while helping the ol spine out...
