Hmmm I realized that I haven't posted to my blog for awhile... Reckon its time for an update.

Well, been going to exericse about two or three times a week, and my wife told me that I have been going since March, (instead of April, so, I have been going a lot longer than I thought, and only lost a few pounds, sheesh, what a total bummer THAT is!!!).

so, in six months and a few days, I have lost nine and a half pounds... That totally sucks!! If you diet right, you can...

Monday, Doris went home.. and my Wife and I went to Dave and Brenda's house to have berries over pound cake, on the porch, and stayed til dark, then came home.

I have to remember the next time I go over there to get my nozzle back for my air compressor, so I can 'blow dry' or pressure dry the electronic air filters when I finally get about to cleaning them!! Yea, still havent done that, and its almost 3 months now...sheesh, I dont know, procrastination is my full...

Doris went home yesterday, on American Airlines..(She even has an American Airlines shirt that she wears every time she flies with them, and they are always asking her where she got it...My Wife found it in a garage sale for her).

Its a shame she didnt get to do everything that she wanted to do, but, with my Wife having obligations to Vacation Bible School, it cut into her time and limited her activities during that week.

FINALLY!! I went to the Doctors yesterday,...

My Wife and Doris went to Ashtabula today. Left about 9am, or there abouts (since I was sleeping, I dont quite know the time)...but, thats when she said she was thinking of going).

We spent a good bit of change getting the car fixed up yesterday, to make sure they get to thier destination and back again. Anything that is a factor in ensuring a sound and quality automobile, thats fully functional and sound, is one good way to ensure that those who drive and ride in it, will return,...

Ok, Wednesday, Doris watied for Rita Mae (from Floriday who is staying with her Daughter), to call her, for most of the day!!
My Wife went someplace in the morning and didnt get to take Doris anyplace, because of that 'phone call' that was supposed to come through...(dont know why they didnt pick up the phone and call??).

Yesterday I went to Exercise Session... The older ladies in there were commenting to my Wfie how I am doing Great!! My Wife laughed about it and told me...
