    Moving to OR ?

I spent 3 months in OR. I wanted to buy a retirement house. I changed my mind-this is why: In 3 months I have been in every city on Willamette valley ! No side walk is safe to walk on or walk your dogs on. It seems that everyone spits on it ! I got so discusted by it that, I left without buying the house and I know that I will never go back. I had thought that people from OR are clean, per AVG more educated and more involved in cleaning/saving the environment. And yet, for all the beauty of the land and the parks I could not enjoy it. I am not exagerating and you will see ! Within one SQ FT there is a spit. I decided to go to Montana instead.
    Good Luck
