This young man is doing his thing and was campaigning right alone with Obama in the Charlotte, NC area.
King Carter is a local Hip Hop artist from Charlotte NC and has been featured in the Washington Post and an Austria new article. At age 24 he has released his first CD under the record label that he co-owns.
He has a billboard on North Tryon, posters/flyers all over Charlotte, two wrapped vans that handsomely reflects his image. He performs nightly in the Carolinas and Atlanta area. His also likes to perform free community events for the youth. His CD titled "No Choice" was released September 30, 2008. He kicked his promotional campaign off with his "No Choice" campaign based on the presidential election and which he calls himself the "Young Obama"
His CD is available in NC and SC Best Buy stores, on his website (MySpace.com - King Carter - CHARLOTTE, North Carolina - Hip Hop - www.myspace.com/kingcarternc) and ipod.
Is it possible to get coverage on this new local artist in is hometown? If so please contact him on his website.
