My Wife still cant hear, unless you get close to her ear and talk 'real loud'! Its progress at least LOL 
My Daughter, yesterday, drove the car to Dance, and when she got back, (it was dark), backed into 'something' by my Brother in Law's house, and broke the rear light lens... So, I called the junkyard yesterday and they told me its 35 bucks (cheapest), so I went out to get it today.
I went to the wrong junk yard, and went up the deserted road, (at least an inch of ice still on the road, and Im thinking, this isnt going to end up 'good')..Sure 'nuff, I got stuck! I backed into a ravine! Wife got out, and I tried backing up out of it, and almost ran her over...sheesh! Well, she's fit to be tied, and told me she was going to walk and get help.
I wait for her, a wee bit, and decide to take action...I turned the wheel into the ravine and backed up 'hard'... It WORKED!! I got out of it, by using the 'weeds' that grew on the side of the roads, as I ran over them, they layed down, and gave me traction.
I just had to find my Wife, thinking, where in the World did she go? She really must have
'beet feet' down that road, cause she was no where in sight. Fortunately, I happened to see her on the front porch of the nearest house of the road, "trying" to talk to the old lady, while not being able to hear her LOL. The old lady heard my horn and motioned to my Wife that I got free
We proceeded to the right place, got the lens lamp, and put it on, then, the owner told me that he is 'really' thinking of mowing down that sign, for the other place they dont use anymore...I said "Yea, that would be a good idea"!!
I hope I didnt do any damage to the undercarriage, cause I felt a huge 'thump' when I was trying to get out of that ravine...Hope those new tranny lines are ok *sigh*.
I told my Wife, if my Daugter cant back up at night, then she doesnt drive the car til JUNE!! Lots of daylight, then!! And, we are no longer going after her boyfriend anymore!! (Can you tell Im in a REALLY BAD MOOD???!!!). I feel, no girl should be 'that' desperate, that she has to run after a boy... They dont respect a girl for it, and Im going to have to 'impress' that upon her. I dont care how much she whines and cries.. not having a boyfriend will not kill her...its not the '50s..sheesh!
My Son has his friends over tonight, going to play some video games on the main TV...so, Im on this for a few minutes while he talks to them about the newest weapon they purchased, an the books we are all readying. (I told them to shut up about the books, because "I" am reading the series now, and, "they" have a tendency of telling everything in a movie before you see it, so its not worth going to...so, I dont need to hear about the up coming books I am giong to read...kids, sheesh!!)
Ok, going to turn over my seat to the youngsters so they can play, something on the x-box.
