It was about four days ago or so and he was getting ready for work. I lay on the couch all covered up and he came over to me and knelt in front of me and took my face in his hands and kissed me several times. I so love when he does that. I must have started to fall asleep because a bit later he came up to me and kissed me again, and told me it was another one for the road...

I have a certain afghan I use when I snuggle up on the couch. It is one that my mother made for me before she passed away. I was laying on the couch getting ready to watch Greys Anatomy and he came in the room and got under the blanket with me.

I looked back at him and could not help but smile one of my biggest smiles and he asked, "What?" I told him how nice he looked under this afghan....

Earlier that same night we were sitting here watching tv, waiting for him to have to leave and take his daughter home in a few minutes... He has always told me he likes me in hoods.

I was wearing a hooded sweater and had my head resting on his chest and he put the hood on me and just gave me a smile...

I have been thinking this is a good year for me. I have been looking for work and finally signed up with a medical temp agency. I interviewed on Thursday and had a lot of things I had to do on Friday but got an e mail late Thursday night telling me their client wanted to meet with me the next day at noon.

I changed my plans around and met with the office manager and administrator and they asked me if I could start Monday!!! I am so excited because I have not worked since October, and that is a bit hard...
