Depression

I just came back from the YMCA...
Still going three times a week, and still not really losing any water weight.
I weighed myself today and was 365 pounds... So, I lost six pounds since last week. *sigh*... This is really getting me down a lot, not being able to lose the weight, exercising my buns off and still showing no progress at all...!!

I've been having severe bouts of depression lately... Going over the probability of a Nursing Home so my Wife and kids wouldnt have to put up with me...
My Wife says its no problem, all the things she does for me, that Im not able to do at this time, or, who knows, at any other time either...
Sorry, to me, having my Wife shower me, and do other things that Im just not able to do, because of my deterriorating back, and obese nature, plus all my other health concerns, really bothers me a lot.

I quit playing Evony now, since my Buddy Kevin quit. I told Kevin and Dave, that I only came back cause the 'Triad of Death' was together again LOL... but, since he has left for another job, (real life always comes first before the game I always say), I have moved on to watching CSI on the Tube, day in and day out LOL... Daughter got me hooked on it, cause she records them all and they always show up on my TV as recording, instead of hers...(never did get that straightened around, so that she could record things on her TV instead of mine...still drives us both nuts, cause when my Wife is watching TV, all recording STOP!).

I am currrently charging up my electric wheelchair for the full 24 hours that they say I have to do, once a month to keep the batteries operating efficiently.
My Wife got the bill for the thing, and it cost 8,300.00!!! WOW!!!! The batteris alone cost 375.00!!! sheeesh!

Its a good thing that I met my deductable while I was in the Hospital...or I would be paying huge amounts for that wheelchair and other things... Wife is asking me if I need anything else done LOL.. well, maybe getting my two left feet rearranged??? Back transplant??? My Buddy Kevin got his back fixed by having them put cadavera bones in there and he says he is alright...maybe I could get that done...except for my bad heart and lungs, no Doctor will touch me because of that...blast!! Its 'hell' to get old and broken down LOL... Dad was right, the youth is wasted on the young.... NOW I know what he was talkng about...and now, is tough, cause it comes with age and experience

My Son has finally completed chapter four of this book. Its going to be a while before he finishes with this thing, and I hope he makes good money when he goes to sell it, and hopefully, he can get a job at writing, because he is good at it.
Maybe he will let me put an excerp in here about it, so that someone may want to get the book when its done ..we shall see...

OK, Im waiting for the guys to show up to collect the money for my new ramp for outside. Her Cousin is going to build it for me, (He has a pain pump and some kind of electrical stimulation to his spine, fo the pain n his back. I dont want things like that implanted in me, its bad enough that I have a duo pacemaker inplanted!).

My Wife will be taking my Sister in laws Mother in law out for a shopping spree, and going to Wendys for lunch tomorrow, while I am watching them build the ramp for my wheelchair in the morning. If he does a good enough job, I may have to hire him for my Son's room, (fixing the floor where the termites damaged it). But, that will be next year, because this is wiping me out of my savings for the ramp...but its worth it, to get me mobile...

OK, Wife just brought me my grilled cheese sandwhiches and cup of tomato soup, so its chow time
