It's looking like it's gonna be a great day! :)

The aspercreme calmed my throbbing hands and wrists last night (from too much knitting yesterday), so I was able to knit another eight rows on my current scarf project this morning with my coffee.

I love knitting. I am not very good at it so I have to stay completely focused on the act of knitting. If I get "comfy" then I make a mistake -- sometimes many. Thankfully, my mistakes have taught me to be an excellent tinker (reverse knitting).

In addition to making progress on my project, I've found a job at Microsoft that actually fits my experience level, and have TWO linkedin friends there that I am hoping will put in a good word for me.

And I am on track for my homework schedule.

This AM I have a consultation with a periodontist to determine whether the new dentist's recommendation for periodontal work is actually needed. I am guessing he will concur, but hopefully he will also give me a quote so I can compare it to the dentist's estimate. No insurance, and no income make for a sorry time to be needed extra services.
Then again, is there EVER a good time?

Whatever the day brings, I am sure it will be perfect for God's plan for me. I just have to be ready to do whatever it requires. I think I am ready.
