Anyone scared to sell their home in this Market?

I was, the market is not good right now, yet interest rates are low. So if the rates are low then its a good time to buy. I was terrified, but my husbands job required that we re-locate. I had always thought of selling your home as a terrible experience. I didn't want the expense of hiring an agent and all that. Anyway, so I did some searching and found this flatfee service. I didn't know this kind of place existed. I tried [URL="http://www.fidelityflatfee.com"]www.fidelityflatfee.com[/URL] and it changed my outlook on selling. They had everything I needed and there service was great! I sold my house in less than a month and most important saved the money I needed. If anyone out there feels the same way I did, there is another way. Best of luck!!!
