I have a concern about getting the RN license. When I apply for nclex Rn I'm using my single name, now that I'm married and I'm going to take my nclex exam and the only Identification I have is my philippine passport and marriage license to support the change of name on my ATT. If I passed the nclex RN exam what will be the name who will appear on my license my single name or my Marriage name?
