any changes made yet? None here really but we don't do resolutions if/when we want to make a change. We do long term goals.

I was working on the latest quilt and the bobbin thread ran out as usual which is not a problem because I have plenty of bobbins wound and ready to go. The problem is I don't remember where I put them when I was moving things the other day so the quilt sits and waits for me to find the bobbin. I need to get to looking for them or find an empty bobbin tomorrow though because I am almost done with this quilt. I would like to move on to the next quilt tomorrow so I can get more of this fabric used.

I am going to do a bit of office work tomorrow as well but nothing too exciting and it really should not take long at all to get this task done. After that it is a combination of quilting, sorting clothing for donation, sorting items for our spring garage sale and things to go into donation and the grocery.

I have a few items I need to get picked up and the grocery is about 15 miles from us so it really won't take too long. I also have about 100 plastic grocery bags to recycle and it will be good to get those out of the house. I have a couple checks to get into the mail to the bank, 2 other monthly necessities to pay and an order from the binding company to place.

I did purchase a vintage manual typewriter the other day and it should be here this week so I will be looking for that. I am excited to be getting the manual typewriter. Mr. CSD is always telling me I need to write a book so I am going to do just that and probably self publish. I am going to write said book on the manual typewriter just like Thom E. Gemcity.

I learned how to type on a manual typewriter and honestly it is the best thing the typing teacher could have ever done for me. The reason I learned on a manual typewriter though is not a proud moment but it did change the path of my life in that moment. The reason is on the first day of class I got snippy with the teacher and she "punished" me by making me sit in the back row and learn how to type on the manual typewriter. That was tough but after a few weeks of that she was required to rotate everyone. I ended up at one of the IBM electric selectric typewriters. It was amazing how easy that thing was compared to the manual and by the end of the class I could type 183 wpm with zero errors. In the end I made a lot of money working as a data input operator and I have my teacher to thank for that.

Anyway, I'm basically checking in to see how the steps are going and if that rocky road that might be there is getting smoother one rock at a time.

A few thoughts to ponder if you choose:

Do you turn on the television just for the noise?
Are you a blanket stealer?
Do you snore?
Does your dog or cat snore?
Do you like egg salad on toast?
Is there one food you eat everyday?

As usual I wish you restful sleep and peaceful dreams when it comes time for you to wander your timbers of slumber.
