Kid lights fire in store to steal candy.
In order to create a diversion a kid starts a fire in a store so his buddy can steal some candy. All Hell breaks loose and the panicky cashier sprays herself in the face with a fire extinguisher.

Burglars tunnel under banks.
In the 1980s burglars were busy tunneling under banks in California. They got $91,000 from one bank and $190,000 from another. They left behind all sorts of tools and were never caught.
