This is my first experience writing in a blog . I hope that I am doing it correctly. How does this thing work anyway?

Nancy, You did it just right. When ever you feel like writing just go under options to "Post to your Blog" and you can create a subject with a paragraph etc. If you want to check out the comments later, you just go under options again and click on "Your Blog" and that will take care of ya.
