This blog is basically to chart my progress in trying to lose weight...
This is a Record of my daily events including my family when appropriate for my other family members to see if they choose to.
This is my legacy, for my family to read after I am dead and burried. So, any thing on here is meant for them only and if it offends anyone, my apologies, but, its not meant for you and them
Chow for now...
May the LORD Bless all who see this.
I wish you well...

Walking

Been walking at the YMCA about 3 times a week now.
Im actually up to two miles every time I go now. Not really focusing on weights, until I get some weight off of me, hopefully.
Problem is, I went two days in a row, and Im feeling it today LOL
My Son went and got himself a used Pontiac with only six thousand miles on it, and it was owned by two people...(makes me very suspicious of that car, and why they ditched it only with that low milage?)
My Daughter is wanting to go back to Collage now? I guess the job at the Nursing Home isn't exciting enough, or she is bored with getting beat up by altheimers patients, so, she wants to change jobs now, via a college education... I keep telling her, she has to pay for that car, I cosigned for her, so, she has to wait another two years or so, to pay it off.
Our car died on us. Busted coil spring, blown stabilizer rods or something like that, rusted all over the frame, along with brakes and other things, it just wasn't worth fixing up. So, we took our car back from my Son, and he went and got his own.
Im figuring we will have to help him in the Winter time with his bills, if he cant make it, but, he needs a new roof on that house, and he is saving for that now.
Trials and tribulations is what makes life interesting
I wish you well..
