I am am a little lost on what is considered north of the river? I get west of 65 is a no.

We will be renting o begin with, have two college age sons who are probably going to go to Wright.
Husband works in Vandalia.
Still looking and so confused! It seems like almost each little neighborhood can go from safe to schetchy.
