I have now applied to 94 jobs since the end of March 2016. I am closing in on my next milestone of 100 jobs applied. If I didn't take off the month of July, I would have already reached my 100 job milestone. Hurray!
I am still unemployed. I am still looking for a business to see my worth and hire me. I am still holding out for a minimum of $15/hr...I know I am asking for the moon and stars...
Anyhoo...I noticed today in my job searching, that a job I interviewed for a month ago, was back up on the Indeed website. This company told me in an email last month that they were going to make a decision soon on the job I interviewed for. Of course they never got back to me either way...shocking I tell you, just shocking [Not].
Seems this company couldn't find anyone qualified on the first go round of interviews and decided to repackage the job under a different job title with the same requirements. Maybe they will find a better class of applicants on their next round of "waste of time interviews" and then promptly ignore the interviewees.
I swear it is NOT me. I am not the only one in the rust belt who cannot find a job, there are many qualified and educated people out here searching for jobs. Employers are TOO picky and the pay is TOO low for such pickiness.
Whatever...gotta keep on looking and hope BFITS grants me a miracle.
