    That's gotta be tough to live with that, I dislike that smell. I'm not telling you what to do, but if it was myself dealing with that- maybe look into the apartment building rules and put in a complaint with the superintendent or landlord. Other people might say to talk to your neighbour and let them know what's up, but I would feel weird about doing that if I didn't know them well enough. I hope you find a way to solve it peacefully.
