Medical Transfer request NYCHA

I put in a medical transfer to move to another development cause it takes a hour and 48mins to get to my sons doctors at first it said. That was on 9/4/19
status: In process
substatus: Development
resolution: Approved
now under substatus it says: Atad review
and everything else is still the same, can someone explain this too me why did it change. The first one i was under the impression they where lookin for a development now it changed, im hopping they dont deny me.[/quote]
