Thanks. Looked at some of these and also looked in the Kessler area, I’ve also noticed it seems like a bunch of apartments don’t come with W/D but just the hookups. Do you have to supply your own or is it one of those things where the complex will rent them to you? Definitely happy to hear it is a reverse commute as stated above it’s only about 15 miles

Kessler Park is my favorite area of Dallas. W. Commerce is close enough that you can walk to Coombs Creek Trail in Kessler as well as Kidd Springs Bishop Arts is close by as is downtown; convenient. Additionally, I have no issue heading west on 30 from Sylvan in the am. I looked at several apartments on W. Commerce and all but one had a W/D in the unit.
