Kicking Yourself in a sellers market

I am real estate broker in the Charlotte NC area with RE/MAX and we have a new tv ad called "kick" that shows buyers kicking themselves because they missed a great sale. While this analogy is very funny the reality is that we are seeing signs that the market in our area has taken a lift.
We all see commercials and laugh about them but this one takes the cake when it comes to buyers who are on the fence about the market. Home prices and rates are at an all time low. Those buyers with decent credit can buy a home.
Don't be one of those who waits too long and realizes that you missed the best deal on a home and ends up kicking themselves in a sellers market.
