Mindfulness training teaches me to be present without holding on to any past or future.

It GOT me!

No sooner did I grasp the expectation of getting my puppy on Sunday, when the "rug" of reality tripped me up. Unexpected circumstances moved out the transport, now at least another week.

Ommmmmmmmm.........

All that we can really count on is the Absolute.
