Las Vegas Signature Sales

Here are the last years worth of sales in Signature (Legally Turnberry M G M)

This is from the MLS and covers the Signature 520 and 874 SF units.

Stabilizing around $300 psf on the small one maybe $310 on the larger. That shift is somewhat contrary to normal and as volume builds I would expect it to come together or invert. Then again the 874s may be better placed in the buildings and get a premium. This could be some sort of a temporary plateau but it does not look like it. We will do it again in a couple of months and see if the doom sayers get any relief.
The volume is also picking up. A long way to go from a healthy market but trending in the right direction.
