Think you have about the right take on it. I have 3 children and 2 of them have brought me real joy and will probably be willing and able to help me if I live too long. The other; on the other hand, is just the opposite.
But, no surely we do not have a duty to populate an army, nor a factory are for that matter a church.
The fundamentalist churches that I grew up in, teach that about 95% of all people born will end up in hell anyway, so there's not much future in that.Posted 08-05-2013 at 11:09 AM by Fortoggie -

To me that is very scary to have to grow up hearing that-went to some "holy roller" churches down in Dixie that talked hell-fire and damnation--really scared me off religion for a very long time-I was 7 years old and crying myself to sleep because I was gonna burn in hell--is this considered child abuse,I wonder?Posted 08-05-2013 at 02:23 PM by bev osborn
