It might have been wise to sell first and then warn the masses. It's a noble thing to warn people such as you are , but trying to sell with comments to the community will definitely cut your market down considerably , that is even if there is a market. A new development and already numerous houses up for sale is definitely not a good sign either for prospective buyers.
