This is a large area, lots of educated people, and a lot of people in and out due to the oil industry, shouldn't it have it's own forum? Just curious.

I agree. While Midland-Odessa is not a major metro area in Texas, right now there are large number of people who are considering relocating to the area, so an M/O forum might be helpful.
