The petition explains who he is, what he did, and asks him to stop. Further it asks him to issue a command to Muslims to ignore calls to destroy and kill.
Muslims are not bad people, it is what Muslims are being called to do that is the issue.
He is the Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia. You can be anonymous if you fear addressing him directly.
