For those of you who slept/worked/commuted thru the sunrise this morning, this was the view out my bedroom window.....

Started off with this:









Ended with this (my camera battery died )

This morning's sunrise was truly amazing, even by Albuquerque standards. My 3yo said "look mama, the sky is turning pink and white, it's so pretty!"

It was stunning, both the eastern and western skies looked like they were on fire, absolutely gorgeous!

i was diggin' the sun 'flare' in the last photo - left of center - when my battery died. It was spectacular.

I don't know if I remember that particular morning, but by looking at the pictures, it kinda reminds me of a volcanic eruption.
