Missing good quality steaks and chops, and especially good quality pork ribs, esp. baby backs. Wal-Mart and the local grocer ain't cutting it.
Where do you all go?

Keller's Farm Stores. We have only used them a few times over the years, but they were good. They have been recommend to us by various friends. They have two locations, listed on their website. We have always used the one on Coors...

Big on the westside are Nelson's Meats (also local) and El Mezquite Market.

I also like Keller's. Good butcher and some interesting dry goods.

And it is not only good butchery, the source of their product is impeccable and they make bacon, back bacon, sausages, and have their own fresh eggs.

Keller's is great. They also feature lots of hard-to-find cuts and even stuff like elk, rabbit, etc.
