A relative of mine is a middle and high school sub and he has received 2 calls in the last 2 and a half weeks. When he checks the website and tries to search for jobs, the connection either times out, returns with no information, gives an error message, or says no record found. The secretary at sub services said there is a problem on the call out system and it is being worked on. She didn't mention anything about the website.
Does anyone here know if this is happening for other subs? I wonder if it's just his rotten luck or what.
