It is a fairly easy hike till you get to the top and even then I would label it moderate. However, carrying a 1 year while doing so definitely increases the level of difficulty.

We just returned from a trip out west with our 5 year old and not-quite-2 year old. The tent rocks were a highlight of the trip. The five year old had no trouble, but he had good treads on his shoes. Other kids in sneakers were having a hard time on the steep downhill. That said, once we got to the top, we didn't go all the way out to the end of the promontory. My son is just a little too easily distracted and I wasn't feeling so great about the drop offs on either side. The toddler walked for much of it, and then my husband carried her (no backpack, it didn't make the cut when we were deciding on luggage). He looked tired, but didn't seem too winded. I had a similar load, albeit less squirmy, with water, food and camera. We come from sea level, so I was glad to do this on our seventh day of the trip. I think I would have been huffing and puffing considerably more, otherwise. Wear good shoes and take some water and I think you'll be fine. It is not to be missed!

We did it with an 8 month old, 3 adults and a reliable 9 year old. We had a small light stroller, which someone seemed to be carrying most of the time. One of those child backpacks or frontpacks would have been great....
