For me, definately a Miami Vice (Pina Colada swirled with Strawberry Daquari) and I always like a test tube shot stuck in mine with cocnut rum.

And I know Mimosas aren't officially a summer drink, but I never drink them in the winter, but love them during the day on the beach in the summer.

I like mimosas, too.
My favorite summer cocktail is the mojito.
It is so tangy and refreshing--and beautiful, too, with the lime and mint.
But I can only have about one, or maybe two weak ones.

I love mojitos too!!

I do drink them in the winter, but more often in the summer. And they are STRONG suckers lol. I can usually drink a decent amount but not of those.

When I first saw the title I thought to myself "Mojito"!

Panty Ripper. Coconut rum and pineapple juice, with a fruit garnish if you so desire. Very popular in Belize. It's fun going into a bar in the US and asking for a Panty Ripper - many quizzical looks.

Margaritas! I actually drink them in the winter too, but not as often as I do in the summer. They are just so refreshing in the heat.

I've said it before and I'll say it again !
1 1/2 shots tequila puro (100% agave)
1 shot Contreau
1 shot fresh squeezed key lime juice infused with honey
Shake on rocks and serve in a frozen glass with kosher coarse salt on rim.
That's a good all season "little Margaret"
(Beer is not good in the summer, it's best drank while standing around in the snow after cutting down a nice Xmas tree !)

Margaritas, and for a change of pace a good Gin & Tonic or a Caipirinha

I'm boring as a glass of wine is fine. I occasionally have a pina colada or mango daiquiri if I'm at the beach

Bourbon slush is my favorite summertime cocktail. I just love slushy, fruity drinks!
