I haven't had a problem with any coffee flavored liquor but you may be able to make your own.

Make your own kahlua.
There are many recipes on the net, and making it isn't hard at all.
Here is an example: https://www.thespruce.com/homemade-c...liqueur-766126

I found the following somewhere on the 'net a while ago and like it:

Kahlua Recipe
1- C Dark Brown Sugar

3/4 C Granulated Sugar

1/4 C + 2 Tbsp Instant Coffee Crystals

2-C Water

Combine all, bring to a boil and simmer ~ 10 minutes

Remove from heat and add 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract when cool.

Add:

1-C Everclear 151 Proof

1- C Brandy

Let sit a few days, less syrupy/less sweet than Kahlua, makes a tasty Black Russian !

I have occasionally added ~ 2 Tbsp of cocoa while simmering, I like the chocolate taste but it muddies the look a bite and will drop some sediment.

Perhaps a little Creme de Cacao would be a nice touch?
