My wife is putting aloe and honey on my skin where the cysts are. Did anyone ever have success with this?

The first question is...what TYPE of cyst is it? There are many different possibilities. No way to even guess unless you are specific.

We don't know. Dermatologist just said it was a cyst and took $100

So she just decided to use this on you knowing nothing about what caused the problem? Did the dermatologist suggest it? Again, no possible way to answer your question. Honey in itself isn't bad. Aloe in itself isn't bad. But you don't know if either can even get past the walls of the cyst to have any effect unless you know what type of cyst it is. Some cysts are pretty well sealed off. About all anyone can predict is that your skin may end up tasting sweet and smelling nice.

Honey and Aloe Vera are mentioned here:

Is yours a sebaceous cyst(s)?

I've had a gangleon cyst on my wrist for probably 30 yrs and never put anything on it...it's just there.
